About This Agreement

These terms apply to your purchase from Discover The Beauty of You Ltd (also trading as SONIA OVENDEN). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Sonia Ovenden (“I”, “me” or “my”) provides services to you, as purchaser of this programme. These terms do not override your statutory rights.

 

What’s Included

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the programme with supporting videos and workbook. The programme includes short video lessons for self study. 

Please work through the materials in Kajabi. Failure to complete the self-study materials may limit your ability to get the most out of the programme.

Disclaimer

Thousands of people have experienced powerful results through this programme. That said, your success depends on your commitment, mindset, and engagement with the material. For best results, it is recommended that you under-take each module separately and allow for a short period of reflection in between each module.

The course provides tools and strategies to support transformation, but results are not guaranteed. 

Please note that the course is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.

 

Payment Terms

The cost of the programme is detailed on the sales page at the time of purchase. 

You may choose: Pay in full (single payment) or Payment plan (split payments over an agreed period). The payment plan is not a membership or subscription. By signing up, you agree to pay the full programme fee, even if you decide not to complete it. The Payment plan pricing is slightly higher to cover admin and processing costs.

If your card fails or you fall behind on payments, we’ll offer assistance. Continued access may be paused if a second payment is missed, until your account is settled. Missed payments will be pursued and are not grounds for cancellation.

 

Refund Policy

As you are purchasing a digital product with immediate access, no refunds are offered unless required by law. By purchasing, you waive your right to change your mind under consumer law.

 

Support

Technical support is available for accessing the pre-recorded videos and PDF resources. Please email [email protected] and you will receive a reply between Sunday to Thursday from 10am until 4pm (UK time). We aim to respond to you within 1-2 working days.

If you’d like to explore further 1:1 coaching options during or after the programme, you can enquire via email. Please be aware that additional charges will apply to any one to one coaching provided.

 

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your personal data is protected. We will never share your information with unrelated third parties. Payments are processed securely via a third-party provider. We do not see your payment details.

Please note: Group sessions may be recorded. Your name or image may appear in those recordings, which may be accessible to other members.

 

Intellectual Property

You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with Discover the Beauty of You Ltd. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties in any circumstance.

No sharing of passwords is permitted. If we discover you have shared materials in this way, all access to the programme will be revoked.

General

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the course delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.

If any part of these terms becomes invalid, the rest remain fully enforceable.
